We were in trouble Wednesday night when our garage door ceased to function.  Being able to call your emergency number to schedule service first thing this morning was a comfort. Then Ken H. showed up promptly this morning and in ½ hour had the door back to normal. We’ve had opener issues in the 1 ½ years we’ve lived here, and the out of town installer (selected by the builder) has been difficult to reach. Any further opener/door needs will be directed your way.

Linda and I wanted to let you know how thrilled we are to have our new garage doors installed. They certainly enhance the looks of the garage and are a valuable asset to our property. We want to thank you for your assistance, and guidance in making this happen.

Also, all too often employers, managers, and supervisors only hear of the gripes, and complaints of the consumers. This is to let you know how impressed we were with the job performed by installers Ken & Brett. They were extremely professional in every way while performing their work at our location. These two installers paid every attention to the details of their work.  They are extremely knowledgeable of their duties, and explained every facet of their work as they proceeded. What these two men did in a few short hours would have taken me a week, or more.

Needless to say, we are very happy with not only the quality of the doors but also the quality of the workmanship in having them installed.

What a gifted, talented, hardworking serious about doing a thorough job: Jeff Bartolazzi.

Could not believe my eyes. Talk about serious about his job “FANTASTIC”. He would work on some part of the automatic garage door – stop – try things out – spot something that needed more attention & worked until each part operated to his satisfaction. PERFECTION was the result of his re-assessment of his own work. I’m a WWII vet - Korea vet – wish we had some co-workers in the military like Jeff. If, and when I need help – I’ll choose Jeff every time.

Your service tech, Jeff arrived as promised on time and ready to work. He did an awesome job, very professional and extremely competent. Took a little longer than he estimated but the door works and looks like it was installed by someone who takes pride in his work!

This certainly is the service I have grown to expect from Randy (God Bless His Soul) and Springfield Overhead Door over some 30+ years.
